1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (confirmed by tracking information).
To qualify, items must be in their original, unused state, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact (e.g., no signs of wear, damage, or modification).

2. Return Process
Submit a Return Request: Before sending items back, contact our customer service team via [email/online form] with your order number, the name(s) of the item(s) to return, and a brief reason for the return. We’ll review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Prepare the Shipment: Pack eligible items securely (we recommend using the original packaging if possible) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) may be rejected or delayed.
Ship the Item Back: You’re responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). Please keep the return tracking number for reference—we’re not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm they meet eligibility requirements, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, with processing times varying by provider (usually 5–10 business days).
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we’ll automatically process a refund instead.
Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from the refund. No restocking fees apply to returns caused by our errors or defective products.
